These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kindred Content ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
Free trial: 14 days free, no credit card required. Current pricing is always shown at signup and in Settings.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
Users with 1,000 or more followers may apply for Creator status. Creator status unlocks monetization, extended video length (up to 3 hours), and outbound links on posts.
Creators are responsible for reporting earnings as income and paying applicable taxes. We will provide earnings summaries upon request.
Kindred Content is built on authentic, human-made content. Every post must be original work created by the person posting it. No exceptions.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy without notice. Repeated violations will result in account suspension or termination.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.
All Platform technology, design, trademarks, and branding are owned by Kindred Content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Platform without written permission.
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, contact us at the email below with details of the alleged infringement.
The Platform includes a voluntary 1-hour daily screen time limit. This feature:

Users may report content or accounts that violate these Terms using the report feature in the app. We take all reports seriously and will investigate within 72 hours. You may block any user to prevent them from interacting with your content.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion:
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Kindred Content is not responsible for the content posted by users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindred Content shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the app and via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
