Child Safety Standards

Kindred is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe platform. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1 Our Commitment

We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that sexualizes, endangers, exploits, or harms children, including:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Content that sexualizes minors, including sexually suggestive depictions
• Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to sexually exploit a minor
• Trafficking, endangerment, or facilitation of harm to children
• Sharing, linking to, or promoting any of the above

2 Prevention and Detection

• Users must be 13 or older, per our Terms of Service
• User content is subject to our moderation systems and community guidelines
• Accessible in-app reporting tools let any user flag violating content or accounts
• Reported content is reviewed, and violating content and accounts are removed

3 Reporting and Response

Any user can report content or accounts via the in-app report function on posts and profiles. Child-safety reports are our highest priority.

4 Action on Violations

When we identify a violation, we act promptly:

• We promptly remove violating content
• We suspend or permanently ban responsible accounts
• We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
• We cooperate with law enforcement as required by law

5 Legal Compliance

Kindred complies with applicable child safety laws, reports apparent CSAM to NCMEC and appropriate authorities, and preserves related records as required by law.
